Oil-Based Cuttings While Drilling

Oil-based cuttings treatment usually adopts a special "oil-based cuttings non-falling system". The system is composed of screw conveyor, drilling cuttings dryer, environmental protection centrifuge and other equipment. The supporting mud solids control system realizes mud treatment while drilling, replacing the traditional method of using filter press or mud pool in the past. Economical and environmental benefits are widely used in oilfield drilling.

After the oil-based drilling cuttings pass through the special oil-based mud non-falling treatment system, 40 tons of oil-based drilling cuttings can be processed per hour without adding any chemicals, and the oil-based oil content of the drilling cuttings is controlled at 5% to 8%; "No pooling", "reduction" and "zero emission" and "zero addition" requirements for farms.
