The system as a whole is that the cuttings waste, lime and cement are collected by the hopper, and then sent to the stirring and solidifying device at the same time to be fully mixed to dry the cuttings. First, the cuttings waste with high original moisture content is fed into the cuttings collection hopper. , The original drill cuttings are transported to the coulter type curing device by the screw conveyor under the drilling cuttings collection hopper for mixing. While the drilling cuttings waste is transported, the lime and cement in the lime hopper and the cement hopper also pass through the screw respectively. The conveyor and screw conveyor are transported to the coulter type curing device for stirring and mixing, and the speed ratio is adjusted through the PLC control cabinet to realize the quantitative feeding of each screw conveyor, so that the three can be fully mixed and dried in the coulter type curing device. After being melted, it will be discharged from the discharge port of the coulter-type solidifying device at a timing set by PLC, and the stirring and mixing work is completed, so as to achieve the purpose of solidifying the waste of drill cuttings.
