The sand pump is a supporting equipment that provides power for the desander, desilter, and jet mixing device. It can also be used as an auxiliary injection pump for the mud pump and a replenishment pump for the wellhead. Its parameter design fully considers the working environment of the supporting equipment, most of the parts can be interchanged, and it has the advantages of convenient operation and maintenance, less leakage of the shaft seal, reliable operation and long service life.

GREEN series sand pump features

1. The pump body is made of ductile iron HT250, and the impeller is made of high chromium alloy. The structure is optimized and the space is small.

2. The seal is made of SS304 stainless steel mechanical seal material, which has good sealing effect and is environmentally friendly. The accessories can be completely interchanged with the American Misson pump.

3. Low noise, no pollution, stable operation.

4. The matching motor uses Nanyang explosion-proof or other domestic brands to strictly ensure the reliability and life of the product.

5. The pump body is polished, sandblasted, epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy mica medium paint, and polyurethane topcoat. The high-pressure airless spraying equipment is used for construction, which greatly improves the wear-resisting, anti-corrosion and appearance effects of the product itself.
